These Terms apply when you download, access, or use NutroSnap. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These Terms are between you and Seong Wei Chin trading as NutroSnap (ABN 49 848 560 187), based in Victoria, Australia.
You must be at least 18 years old to use NutroSnap. By creating an account or using the app, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
NutroSnap is a personal wellness and nutrition tracking app. It helps you log meals, estimate nutrition, track calorie and macro targets, and receive AI-generated wellness-style reports and suggestions.
NutroSnap is not a medical device, clinical nutrition service, dietitian service, or regulated health service.
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Some features require NutroSnap Premium. Premium subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple, subject to any non-excludable rights you may have under applicable law.
You keep ownership of meal photos, descriptions, notes, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transmit, display, and analyse that content to provide, secure, support, and improve NutroSnap.
AI outputs, nutrition estimates, reports, meal ideas, and coaching suggestions are automatically generated and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
Do not use NutroSnap for medical decisions, clinical diet planning, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or emergency situations.
The app, software, branding, design, and content we provide are owned by or licensed to us. You receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use NutroSnap for personal, non-commercial purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NutroSnap is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for your specific needs.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law where it applies. Consumer rights may differ depending on your country or region.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, loss of data, loss of profits, or health outcomes arising from use of the app. Our total liability for claims connected with NutroSnap is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, unless applicable law does not allow that limitation.
We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes where appropriate. You may stop using NutroSnap or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or create legal, security, or operational risk.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia. Mandatory consumer or privacy rights in your country may still apply.
